Individuals registering for the Revive Us Conference must be 18 years of age or older to complete their own registration. Attendees who are under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
By submitting a registration for the Revive Us Conference, organized by Revive Us Ministries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions associated with attending the event.
SAFETY POLICY
By completing registration and attending the Revive Us Conference, participants confirm that they are choosing to attend the event voluntarily.
Revive Us Ministries is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment; however, attendees understand that participation in any public gathering carries inherent risks. Each attendee accepts responsibility for their own personal health and safety during the conference.
Revive Us Ministries, along with its staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates, will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, personal loss, or damages that may occur while attending or participating in the event.
MEDIA & PROMOTIONAL USE
By attending the Revive Us Conference, participants acknowledge and grant permission for Revive Us Ministries to capture photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings during the event.
These materials may be used for ministry-related purposes such as marketing, online content, social media, promotional materials, event recaps, and future conference promotions.
Attendance at the conference indicates consent to the use of such media without expectation of payment or compensation.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
All materials related to the Revive Us Conference—including but not limited to branding, logos, recordings, graphics, and website content—are owned by Revive Us Ministries.
These materials are protected under applicable copyright laws and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or reused without prior written authorization.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference registrations are considered final once payment has been processed.
Registrations cannot be refunded, transferred to another individual, or exchanged for a different event unless otherwise approved by Revive Us Ministries.
If circumstances arise that require the conference to be postponed, rescheduled, or modified, Revive Us Ministries reserves the right to honor registrations for the updated event schedule.
EVENT CONDUCT
Revive Us Conference seeks to cultivate an atmosphere that reflects respect, integrity, and Christian values.
Revive Us Ministries reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the event if their conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate toward other attendees, staff, or participants.
PAYMENTS
All payments for conference registration must be completed through the official registration system using an approved payment method.
Accepted forms of payment may include major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted during registration is correct and valid.
CHILDREN EVENT ATTENDANCE POLICY
Revive Us Conference welcomes families and encourages the participation of children in age-appropriate sessions and activities.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or designated responsible adult at all times while attending the conference.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of their children during the event. Revive Us Ministries and its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for supervising children unless they are participating in a designated children's program organized by the conference.
If a children's ministry session, childcare area, or youth program is offered during the conference, additional check-in procedures, safety guidelines, and parental consent requirements may apply.
Revive Us Ministries reserves the right to ask a parent or guardian to remove a child from a session or area if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe for other attendees.
